11) Review of a Smithsonian article , Apr/May 2023, on L.M. Montgomery

April 18, 2023, I began reading an article on the life of L.M. Montgomery, author of Anne of Green Gables and Emily of New Moon.  The article says, "In the Anne novels, the emotional complexity of Montgomery’s art lies in the way that adult characters who are hardened in some way-the stern Marilla, Anne's adoptive mother, or the rigid widow Aunt Josephine Barry-become more compassionate human beings under Anne's influence, Montgomery's perceptive insights into such relation became her trademark."  That's as far as I got because I only have time on the toilet.  My suspicion is that this article is going to point out, already is in my mind, that her personal life helped bring the adults in her life up to snuff on charity because they are implying she helped make them more compassionate.  I see millions of privileged people patting themselves on the back in the past, present and future and where has it gotten us, population levels that made them richer and the po...

10) Conservation Tips

 1) Ration toilet paper.  Cut up small pieces of cotton cloth and do an extra load of laundry a month and or do prewash with white socks and such. 3/31/23 2:20pm I left a message at Kimberly-Clark, 1-888-525-8388, asking if they use PFOS OR PFAS in their product because there has been a considerable thinning of their toilet paper and I wonder if they are using chemicals to boost the strength of the product.  Additionally, the paper turns a weird color, I couldn't remember the color so I guesstimated at orange, even when I just use it to wipe the seat with a weak solution of Clorax and Polomive.  I let them know I have a severe disability and the possible presence of chemicals is of great concern.  The voice mail it went to is 920-376-1843 if I caught the 376 right. Study found Scotts and Costco fine but that was August 2022.  My newest paper is different. https://www.mamavation.com/beauty/indications-of-toxic-pfas-forever-chemicals-found-in-toilet-pape...
